Albert J. Pirro serves as President and CEO of The Pirro Group.
Mr. Pirro has twenty-five years experience in promotion of business organizations, which include real estate design, planning, funding, development and construction. Extensive business history includes consulting for residential, office, retail and commercial development including appurtenant activities such as transportation and parking garages. He is currently an active member of the National Brownfields Association (BFA).
Mr. Pirro's education includes his J.D. from Albany Law School in 1974, his M.A. in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany in 1971 and his B.A. in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University in 1969.
Mr. Pirro's employment history includes partner of Pirro, Collier, Halpern & Newberg in White Plains from 1994 to 2000; partner of Pirro & Monsell, P.C. from 1980 to 1994; Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Harrison from January to June 1980; Town Attorney for the Town of Harrison from 1978 - 1979; Chairman of the Legislative Advisory Committee, 92nd Assembly District in 1977; Legislative Aide, 36th Senatorial District from 1971-1974; Administrative Director, Joint Legislative Committee on State's Economy (1971-1972); Consultant to Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, Office of the Mayor John Lindsay, City of New York from June 1970 to September 1970.
